Once a year, to correspond with Giving Tuesday, the Moore County Health Foundation participates in The Panhandle Gives.  During this specific time period, donations made through the Panhandle Gives program are boosted through additional funds provided by the Amarillo Area Foundation.  

This year, proceeds from The Panhandle Gives will be used for scholarships for area healthcare students.

 Our Dino Dash was held Saturday, October, 19, 2019 at the Santa Rita Racetrack at 4-Way and a great time was had by all!

Runners participated while wearing dinosaur costumes (with a caveman or two along for the ride) and both adults and kids got in on the fun!

There was food and live entertainment by Caliche Dust, food, sand volleyball, and more!

The 2019 Dino Dash raised funds and awareness for the Rural Nursing Educational Consortium (RNEC), which provides clinical education sites for area healthcare students.

The Moore County Health Foundation is a recipient of a bi-annual donation received from the proceeds of Scrub Fairs held at MCHD.  

Twice a year, MCHD employees are able to purchase scrubs and medical equipment and a portion of those proceeds are gifted to the MCHF.
